Requirements

• Fill-up Application
• Site Development Permit
• Barangay Construction Clearance
• Zoning Certification (Destination) (commercial or residential)
• Business Permit of all Parties
• Affidavit of Undertaking (Hauler and Destination)
• Project Approved ECC
• Building Permit
• Certificate from DENR (Destination)(Alienable or Disposable)
• Inspection Report
• Photos of Inspection

Steps

1. Submit form for Hauling permit application
2. Fill up the application form
3. Submit requirements with filled-up form
4. Conduct of site inspection
5. Preparation of Inspection Report
6. If requirements have been complied, forward Application to City Mayors’ Office
7. Pay corresponding fees to the City Treasurer’s Office and submit copy of OR
8. Release of approved Mayor’s Permit
