1. Present laboratory request (OPD, ED, S. O, or In-Patient request logged by nurse)
2. Proceed to cashier/ Malasakit Center (for OPD) or charge to bill (for ER and In-patient)
3. Go to Laboratory
4. Patient preparation and blood extraction
5. Wait for verification
6. Wait for results
7. Claim results
   1 hour processing time
